The Every Bar® is a raw fruit, nut, and seed bar containing a diverse mix of eighteen different nuts and seeds, empowering you to effectively consume an entire food group in one serving!
The idea behind the bar came about in 2014 when Every Food's Founder and co-owner Christian Bentzen was working in the fast-paced DC area and needed a nutritionally dense and quick snack during the busy work week.
The underlying concept of the product is the ability to obtain the a broader spectrum of nutrients, antioxidants, and minerals that differ between individual nuts and seeds but combined together form a more well-rounded nutrition profile.
This led into the creation of an "Every Trail Mix" that was the predecessor of The Every Bar®. Eventually, after many a sore jaw from such a dense trail mix, Christian ground this nut and seed mixture into a flour (what we like to call the "Every Flour") which was held together by date paste and chia gel, thus creating the bar.
Every Foods began initial product development in late 2019 and after many reformulations, tests, trial runs at the manufacturing facility to perfect it, Christian and his partner and co-owner Kelley Meyer proudly launched the company in September 2022.
